➠Finish
- We use Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C on this product, and it is a chemical-free finish gives the wood a natural look, is smooth to the touch, and allows water to bead up on the service. Making it easy to clean and wipe up if needed.
- We do not recommend submerging any wood product into water; however, a damp cloth can be used to wipe it clean.
➠Shipping Information
- Our processing time before shipping is 7-10 business days, depending on our stock. If your item is in stock, then your item may be able to ship sooner.
- The buyer is responsible for providing a safe and deliverable address on the order. If a package is returned to us, the sender, due to the failure to provide a deliverable address or a wrong address on the order, second time shipping will be charged to the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse, refund, or replace anything stolen.
➠Refunds and Exchanges
- If there is any damage to your product after shipping, we will do our best to assess the damage and replace the item.
- We are not able to accept returns or exchanges.
