Wood Types
There's a process to customizing your home with items that match your style. Before we even get to color choices, let's talk wood types. For our spice racks, we offer five options - ash, white oak, red oak, hard maple, and walnut. These are all hardwoods and provide a nice variety of grains and colors. Size Options
We currently offer a small, medium and large option for our spice racks. However, we've had a multitude of requests for customized sizes to fit specific needs. Let's take a look at our current options first.
- Our small spice rack can fit up to 21 jars that are 1 ¾ in. wide.
- Our medium spice rack can fit up to 27 jars that are 1 ¾ in. wide.
- Our large spice rack can fit up to 54 jars that are 1 ¾ in. wide.
Although our spice racks don't come with jars, there are plenty of options online to choose from. We used these in our home: Spice Jars from Amazon.
We've received a multitude of requests to customize our racks, and we're happy to oblige when we can do so. Some examples include reducing the height, increasing or decreasing the number of shelves, changing the depth to fit a cabinet, or deepening the shelves for large jars.
